The music club is aimed at developing vocal and instrumental arts among students. Club members enhance their performance skills, work on creating original compositions, participate in university and city events, and foster a creative environment for youth self-realization.

 

CLUB GOAL: to achieve a high level of musical culture among students, unlock and support their creative potential, and develop professional skills in stage performance and teamwork.

The club provides a platform for expressing individual style, building confidence, and developing aesthetic taste, offering students opportunities for self-realization and professional growth.

CLUB ACHIEVEMENTS: participation and successful performances in fashion shows at the national level, as well as active participation in the university competition «Zhas Orken», where students showcase runway skills and creativity.

The Debate Club «Jastar» IPK is an intellectual platform for students aimed at developing critical thinking, public speaking skills, and the ability to express ideas convincingly. Members of the club learn debate techniques, rhetoric, persuasion strategies, and effective communication, and participate in discussions on current social, political, and cultural topics. The club actively organizes and participates in university and national debate tournaments, training sessions, and masterclasses, helping students build self-confidence, leadership skills, and teamwork abilities. The club’s activities contribute to students’ intellectual and personal development, broaden their horizons, and encourage active participation in university and societal life.

 

CLUB GOAL: to develop critical thinking, public speaking skills, and the ability to articulate ideas convincingly, foster leadership qualities and social engagement among students, and prepare participants for debate tournaments and intellectual competitions at university and national levels.

Dombyra Dastan Club is a center of national musical culture aimed at preserving and promoting the traditional art of dombyra among students. Members of the club learn the techniques of performing kyuis, master various musical styles and genres of Kazakh folk music, and develop stage skills and musical ear. The club actively participates in concert programs, university cultural events, and city festivals, fostering youth interest in national heritage and providing a platform for creative self-realization.

 

CLUB GOAL: to preserve and promote Kazakh musical traditions, develop performance skills on the dombyra, cultivate students’ artistic taste and stage culture, and prepare members for performances at university and national events.

CLUB GOAL: to develop students’ civic responsibility, leadership skills, and social activity, cultivate patriotic consciousness, involve youth in socially significant city projects, and prepare participants to take part in cultural, educational, and social initiatives in collaboration with the Akimat of Almaty.

Members actively participate in projects informing students about legislation, university internal regulations, and anti-corruption measures, as well as monitor compliance with rules and order within the university. The club provides a platform for discussing current issues, holding debates, and implementing social initiatives, fostering a sense of responsibility and respect for the law among youth.

 

CLUB GOAL: to develop legal and anti-corruption culture among students, cultivate skills for observing law and order, foster social responsibility and civic engagement, encourage active participation in university life, and prepare members to implement preventive and educational projects as well as monitor rule compliance within the university.

About the club:“Túmarym” is a student national dance club of Almaty Technological University. The club is dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Kazakh dance.The club plays an active role in the cultural and creative life of the university and brings together talented and motivated youth.
Members practice different dance styles, including modern dance, street dance, and choreography elements, and regularly perform at university and city events.
The club not only teaches dancing skills but also helps students develop stage presence, teamwork, and creative thinking. “Túmarym” is a place where students can express themselves and build new friendships.
